URGENT! Parents: for your children to be allowed to use Google Classroom, we are required to have a signed permission form on file. If you have a child in kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade, sign the attached form and bring the hard copy with you when you pick up materials/Chromebooks on Tuesday, or send a picture of your signed form to your child’s teacher.
Students in 3rd-6th grade already have this form on file and you do not need to fill out another one for those grade levels.
