Ms. Alvord’s 2nd grade students have been working on their pen pal letters to their new friends in Japan! They sent the first letter in September with a map of where Utah is located. Their pen pals sent a reply in late October with Japanese candy. Our 2nd graders responded back in early December with candy as well and friendship bracelets included in the letter. They are looking forward to their next response!
